Abstract

The research was directed at the problem of dyslexia disorder and learning to read and write, where diagnostic procedures, skills and activities are carried out in order to respond to the independent needs of each student, residing in the difficulty to recognize problems. phonetics related to letters, words and numbers, for this reason, the objective was to analyze dyslexia in the learning development of the students of the third year of basic education of the Educational Unit "5 de Junio" of the Cantón El Carmen, in Manabí, Ecuador; The theoretical referents used were Cuetos F, Pannetier E, Vélez C, who talk about dyslexia, stating that it is indisputably difficult to identify when there is a learning deficit, the methodology applied with the positivist paradigm, in the quantitative approach, under a type of research field, with a descriptive level. As methods, the Analytical - Synthetic was used and the population was raised through a total of 84 study subjects; 80 students where a direct observation sheet was carried out and 4 teachers collected data through the survey technique and questionnaire-type instrument, the result was a process of improvement in cognitive development, through motor exercises, reading ability specific and behavioral process, which concluded that the dyslexia disorder is a factor of difficulties within the development of learning to the non-comprehension when reading, in the failure of direction of the letters and their position of the words; distortion, laterality, etc
