Abstract
The work that follows is about Operations Management and the supply chain described by Krajewski, Ritzman & Malhotra (2013) as “design, direction and systematic control of the processes that transform inputs into services and products for customers both internal and external”; In addition, the historical evolution of the management of operations and the supply chain is emphasized and disclosed. The process overview and supply chain overview is also shown; It also develops priorities and competitive capacities and operating strategies as a decision pattern. The Research also develops an important topic that is Productivity Measurements, showing the reality of the production plant, taking into consideration the efficiency and effectiveness that help the production of goods to be as effective as possible. Also shown at work, what corresponds to strategies and productivity improvement; Important topics that every entrepreneur and investor must know to improve the production of the different goods of individual productive interest
