The complexity of the contemporary society and the functionality of the right, they risk the credibility of the three-dimensional theory of the right. It proves to be necessary to dwell on the theoretic general budgets of the juridical Sociology that serve as theoretic general sustenance and feel the bases for the approximation to complex social disturbances in contemporaneity like the one belonging to human rights.
