Abstract

Introduction: the investigation is addressed toward the improvement of the professionalization in the Primary Attention of Health. Objective of this work: to base the social historical antecedents and current situation of the professionalization of the basic group of work in the solution of community problems of health by means of an intersectorial focus. Methods: at theoretical level the analysis-synthesis was used, the systematizing, functional and empiric structural systemic focus the documental revision, mathematical statistical method was also used the descriptive statistic, the percentage analysis for the prosecution of the data obtained in the diagnosis, the method of Delphy for the approach of experts, the prosecution of the technique of Ladov is applied to know the index of satisfaction grupal. Results: to design a model projective with intersectorial focus that allows, a better knowledge to think and to act with efficiency and contextualidad in the solution of the community problems of health. Conclusions: the investigation revealed the transformations and contributions that are obtained with the improvement of the professionalization by means of an intersectorial focus for the solution of the problems of health in the community through the implemented pattern
