The objective was to evaluate the quality management in the production carried out by the Aqua Alemi purification plant, located in Jipijapa, province of Manabí, Ecuador. The methodology adopted for this research was non-experimental and with a mixed approach, from the inductive and deductive methods, thus allowing a comprehensive view of the activities of the aforementioned facility. The theoretical and methodological support of the study was mainly based on recently published bibliographic research, basically from the last 5 years, all available online. Qualitative data were collected through an interview supported by an information record sheet, while a questionnaire survey was carried out to obtain quantitative data by means of a questionnaire, addressed to a sample of workers at the aforementioned plant. The results of the analysis revealed deficiencies in the quality management of the aforementioned company, which implies the imperative need to implement strategies that help strengthen its operability and operation in general.
