Abstract
Currently in the business world it is necessary to take into account that it is of utmost importance to develop processes in accordance with providing an adequate corporate image for clients in order to generate a long-term relationship, hence the importance of developing this research where the objective The main objective is to analyze the impact of service quality on the corporate image of the company Avena Polaca, Santo Domingo 2023. With a basic methodology, which has a correlational, transversal scope, under a qualitative-quantitative modality, the data for the execution of the study was carried out through a survey generated by a Google form sent to the 120 clients of the population under study. Among the results obtained, it was shown that the alternative hypothesis is accepted, this being that the quality of service has an impact on the corporate image of the company Avena Polaca, Santo Domingo 2023, with a correlation according to Spearman's Rho of 0.676**, which indicates that is positive and strong, with a significance level p=0.000<0.05 a, concluding in fact it is necessary to have strategies focused on the quality of the company's service in its line of business in order to maintain an excellent corporate image, which will It can allow you to generate loyalty and security with customers over time
