La transversalidad de estrategias interdisciplinarias en la ruralidad y la pedagogía experiencial The transversality of interdisciplinary strategies in rurality and experiential pedagogy
Main Article Content
Abstract
The extension to the localities requires contextualized interdisciplinary work that allows building autonomy and contributes to training by competencies based on experiential learning. The macro project: "Artisans of forgiveness, reconciliation and peace", was implemented by an interdisciplinary team from the Juan de Castellanos University Foundation (Tunja-Boyacá, Colombia), which established a transversal methodology focused on the dialogue of knowledge between producers , students, professionals and experts, with active teaching techniques to stimulate critical thinking in problem solving, in open environments and full of community experiences to delve into everyday reality. The result of this macro project offers a look at experiential pedagogy that places the individual in an event-context, completely immersed in an experiential experience that involves their entire being. From this perspective, experience is part of a totality that also implies the totality of one's own being. Experience is thus the anticipated experience of a training objective, the ability to transform daily activities and events into meaningful experience on the horizon of a personal and collective project. This exercise, at the same time, served for the projection of the students in the local communities, according to the individuals, work groups and communities, with the valuation of professional social responsibility. The article adds to the reading literature that supports the objective reading of the rural sector as an alternative reading of nature
