Abstract

The advancement of science in recent years has walked in leaps and bounds, from there have emerged tools technologies of transcendental importance applicable in different areas of society, especially in tourism, contributing to the automation of many services that tourists require during their travels. Based on this reality, this work aims to analyze and describe the latest technologies applied in the world of tourism at the global level. To address the work, an exhaustive bibliographic and documentary review was carried out, especially of e-books and articles from scientific journals. Within the spectrum of technologies were found as the most applicable the following: Hospitality, Tripping, Chatbot, Alexa for, Drones, Biometrics, Greencustomers, Smart bags and Hiperloop. In conclusion, it should be noted that these technologies bring significant benefits, including reduced airport times, security and passenger assistance, and streamlining chek in hotel processes
