Abstract

This article entitled ´´Transit competencies, solution or problem?'' aims to carry out an analysis of traffic competencies and try to answer whether it has currently become a solution or a major problem now that it is being managed. by sectional governments. We worked through a quantitative paradigm and a field design, applied a survey as a technique with its respective questionnaire of questions as a data collection instrument, which once applied, the information was processed through a statistical analysis that consisted of tables and frequency charts. Among the main results, it can be highlighted that there is a general lack of knowledge about the skills acquired by the GAD of Santo Domingo in terms of its traffic skills and at the same time, citizens are not satisfied with the service offered by this entity.
