Abstract

Modern companies are characterized by the relentless pursuit of growth both internally and externally, seeking to be economically effective and sustainable through the adoption of strategies that lead to success with the support of new and newer technology platforms. However, in all cases, business organizations in addition to technology require leadership, led especially by one or more people with high management capabilities. In that scenario, the purpose of this work is to reflect on the importance of leadership in the business world.
