Abstract
The study on psychosocial risk factors at PRODEGEL SA highlights the influence of working conditions on workers' mental and physical health. The introduction points out how globalization and new organizational demands have increased work stress, with risks such as work overload, lack of autonomy and interpersonal conflicts. As for the methodology, the F-PSICO 3.1 questionnaire was used, applied to 109 employees. Dimensions such as work time, autonomy, workload, psychological demands and social support were evaluated. The quantitative approach made it possible to analyze data on workers' perceptions of their work environment. The results reveal that 55% perceive work overload, which contributes to stress and fatigue. Some 58% feel a lack of autonomy, which increases pressure. In addition, 60% reported high psychological demands, especially in production areas, while 77% rated the interpersonal environment positively, although conflicts persist in some areas. In conclusion, the company should implement strategies to reduce work overload, improve autonomy and offer emotional support. It is recommended to redistribute tasks, adjust shifts and apply stress management programs. These actions would not only improve employee health, but also organizational productivity.
