Abstract

The economy of a country arises from the existence of companies and businesses, the same that has survived because the leaders of the industry were able to adapt to changing times and mainly met the needs of the communities. In all businesses, it is imperative to be responsible, innovative and resourceful. In such a way, that the application of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in the administration of companies, as a policy, is playing a fundamental role, which influences their permanence, with a profile of concern for society and its needs. , and the business sector of Ecuador, could not be the exception; Thus; The objective of this research is to present an informative compilation based on public organizations such as the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation (2018) and authors from primary sources, such as Larraín (2014), Delgado (2012), among others, Regarding CSR, incubators, business accelerators and entrepreneurships in Ecuador, the methodology used has a qualitative approach and the investigative process is descriptive - explanatory. As a result of the investigation, it is concluded that in Ecuador the development of entrepreneurships is promoted, through business incubators, although their policy is not stable, some public or private company is venturing into the creation of incubators, an initiative that they use as a CSR strategy, to provide its contribution to the local economy
