Abstract
The main objective is to identify the organizational culture of micro-companies focused on leadership and teamwork, to develop profitable corporate structures, based on clear and understandable concepts about leadership, presenting practical and real cases that allow a better understanding of the definitions and being able to know the structures that can be used in a micro-enterprise. For the development of this work, a methodology with a qualitative approach with quantifiable data was applied, the methods that intervened are based on the bibliographic, deductive, descriptive, analytical, synthetic and comparative, with which theoretical aspects will be written, followed by a study of practical cases to give real examples on undertakings with facts applicable to the environment and as results obtained, it can be highlighted determining the essential concepts of the behavior of micro-enterprises and their organization within the commercial sector and interpreting the role they have in economic development , deliver the necessary guidelines of the role that the leader must fulfill within an organization to fulfill teamwork and reach the objectives, provide what are the types of organizational structure of microenterprises to be able to outline the path of each of the companies according to their economic activities, through analytical cases for a better understanding of the structure of a company
