El proceso de enseñanza en tiempos de pandemia en la amazonía ecuatoriana The teaching process in times of pandemic in the ecuadorian amazon

Abstract

More than two years ago humanity developed its life in a normal way, people acted motivated by family, work, economic and cultural interests, among others; everything implied the mobilization and interaction as members of society to achieve common goals, but the occurrence of a worldwide phenomenon burst onto the global scene, making its effects felt by the population of the entire planet: the COVID-19 pandemic. 19 (SARS-CoV-2 virus).. This work aimed to analyze the teaching process within the indigenous communities of the Ecuadorian Amazon in times of COVID-19 pandemic (virus SARS-CoV-2). The methodology used was based on a bibliographic and documentary review framed in the qualitative paradigm. Documentary sources of scientific rigor hosted in repositories and databases were reviewed, among them, Latindex, Redalyc and Dialnet, ensuring that in most cases it was recently published. As a result of the review process, a complex socio-educational context was perceived in the study region, especially marked by the precariousness of services and the absence of many of them, with which, it is evident that the public policies so far formulated by the State have not managed to achieve the goals set in education, nor, in any other respect. For all these reasons, it is concluded that it is a priority for the competent authorities to undertake actions that lead to compliance with national planning, and thereby break the state of vulnerability in which the inhabitants of the Ecuadorian Amazon find themselves, and especially, the segment of the young population, to which the rights established in the National Constitution of Ecuador have been restricted.
